Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, if you are getting a Studio Royale or Ultimate Senior Session you can
bring all the friends you want at no extra charge. We will take a few shots of
you and your friends at the beginning of the session. If for some reason they
can not make it this day we will be happy to schedule your "friends" sitting on
another day.
Can I bring props?
Yes, bring along props that reflect your personality. This could include
collections, hobbies, your car, musical instruments, sports . . .
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we have photographed everything from cute little kittens to 6 foot long
iguanas and 5 foot long boa constrictors. And don't worry if your little puppy
makes a dodo we will not charge you any extra.
What about zits?
No problem our retouching will take care of them for you. All portrait orders
are retouched at no additional charge.
What about my braces?
We can remove your braces and with no pain. There is an additional charge
for this but it sure is better than waiting until you get them off.
Will my glasses glare?
I do my best to avoid glass glare. But if we do get glare it can be removed
for a small additional charge. However, a suggestion might be that you get
frames to match yours with no glass in them.
What about tanning?
To avoid a red face and tan lines, we don't recommend tanning for two days
prior to your session.
When do I pay?
Your session fee is due the day of your session. A deposit is required when
the proofs go out of the studio, approximately three week after the session.
A 50% down payment is due when order is placed with the balance being
due when your photographs are ready to be picked up approximately four
weeks later.
